Phone Bookings

Phone the Hotel Reservations on the number listed in your book.
You must make an Advance Reservation directly with the hotel prior to arrival.
Request the Entertainer Travel special discount rate or offer at the time of booking.
Provide valid credit card details to guarantee your booking.
Be sure to obtain written confirmation and secure a reference number for your booking.
Present your Entertainer Travel Card or Voucher at Hotel Reception upon check in.

Hotel Policies

All bookings are subject to the individual standard hotel reservations, payment and cancellation policies. Before finalising your reservation, please review the hotel’s policy on advance deposits, cancellations and guaranteeing of late arrival. Entertainer Travel will not accept any responsibility for each hotel’s management policies.

What is the Best Available Rate?
The Entertainer Travel hotel rates and offers are based on a discount off the Best Available Rate. The Best Available Rate is the “non restricted” room only rate of the day quoted directly by the hotel reservations to the general public and is generally published on the hotel website. It may also be referred to as Best Flexible Rate. The Best Available Rate varies from the hotels’ other promotional
rates including Weekend Package rates, Advance Purchase rates and Summer/Ramadan rates. The Entertainer Travel offer is not valid in conjunction with these promotional rates.

What is Subject to Availability?
The Entertainer Travel 20% discount offer is “Subject to Availability” of rooms at the discounted rate at the time of booking at each hotel. The Entertainer Travel “2 for 1” voucher offer is “Subject to Availability” of rooms allocated to this promotion at each hotel at the time of booking. When this allocation of rooms is filled, the offer will then no longer be available to Members, even if the hotel still has rooms available to be sold at full rate.

Public Holidays / Seasonal Restrictions?
Entertainer Travel hotel rates and offers may not be available during public holiday periods including EID holidays in GCC destinations. Some hotels may also have a “minimum night stay” requirement for all bookings, or specific block-out dates during special event or peak seasonal periods. This requirement may also apply to Entertainer Travel Cardholders. Please check with the hotel prior to making a booking.

Are both offers valid at the same time?
You may use your 2 for 1 Voucher for the first two nights of your booking. The 20% discount offer will only apply to additional nights of your stay.
