What is the INTAMI?

INTAMI offers unbeatable value with 2-for-1 offers at top restaurants, spas, fitness outlets, entertainment across the Middle East, along with Show and Go offers exclusive to INTAMI members. Registration is easy and free, but available only to Abu Dhabi Golden Visa holders. Simply download the INTAMI mobile application (App) from the iOS or Android store and register using your emirates ID and mobile number.

How do I register a new account on the INTAMI app?

It costs nothing to join INTAMI - simply follow the below steps and start enjoying the benefits.

  1. Start by entering your Emirates ID which will be validated automatically if you have an acceptable Abu Dhabi Golden Visa.
  2. Then enter the mobile number you have linked to your Emirates ID to receive your OTP.
  3. Enter the 5 digits into the next screen
  4. Once you’ve completed the above steps you will need to enter input your date of birth, nationality, and gender – this will allow us to better personalization your INTAMI!


How does the INTAMI work?

Download INTAMI from the App Store or Google Play Store into your smartphone. Follow the instructions to register an account.
To redeem a voucher, simply tap on the Offer on your phone and follow the process to redeem it when you ask for the bill at the outlet.

How long do I have access to INTAMI?

INTAMI is available only to Abu Dhabi Golden Visa Holders. You will have access to offers for as long as your visa is valid.

Is INTAMI free?

Yes, INTAMI is free and available to Abu Dhabi Visa Holders.

Where is INTAMI available?

INTAMI is available in the UAE.

How do I see the different merchants available within the products?

You can view merchants filtered by category and location, as well as search for specific merchants, offers and hotels. Enter your search terms in the fields and see which all merchants and offers are available to you.

What are the offer types?

Offers within the INTAMI App (Offers) are displayed on the App home screen and divided into multiple offer categories such as: Food & Drink, Beauty & Fitness, Attractions and Leisure, Everyday Services and exclusive INTAMI Offers.

What are the restrictions on the Offers?

Our Offers have very few restrictions and are valid throughout the year, excluding some key public holidays. Please see the Rules of Use for more information on which public holidays by location.

How many 2-for-1 Offers may I use at one time?

A maximum of 3 2-for-1 Offers per merchant can be used at one time. You can use one 2-for-1 Offer per 2 people and a maximum of 3 2-for-1 Offers for six guests.
In most cases, you must be using one 2-for-1 Offer for at least two persons visiting with any of our merchants – Beauty & Fitness 2-for-1 Offers can be redeemed both times by the same person.

How do I redeem a 2-for-1 Offer using the INTAMI App?

We’ve made our 2-for-1 Offers super easy to redeem. Simply follow the below steps:

  1. When requesting your bill notify the merchant that you intend to redeem an Offer using your INTAMI App
  2. Tap on the 2-for-1 Offer you wish to redeem
  3. Ask the merchant to enter their PIN

Which languages can I use INTAMI in?

Great news, we’re bi-lingual! Use your INTAMI App in either English or Arabic.

How do I reset my password?

Uh oh, forgot your password? No worries! Simply tap on ‘Forgot Password’, and you’ll receive an email from us with detailed instructions on resetting your password.

Do I need an internet connection to redeem INTAMI Offers?

es, to redeem all Offers within the App, you will need to be connected via Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Can I cancel an Offer redemption?

You can cancel the redemption at any point until the teller successfully enters their merchant PIN. However, if the teller has entered their merchant PIN and the redemption is complete, it cannot be reversed. We are unable to reinstate Offers within the INTAMI App.

Do I have access to the Rules of Use via my App?

Yes, you can easily access the Rules of Use from each Offer in your App and via the profile settings in your App.
