ENTERTAINER Hotels Worldwide – Rules of Use

1. About ENTERTAINER Hotels Worldwide

All ENTERTAINER Members have access to Hotels Worldwide offers, which are included in all location-specific ENTERTAINER products.

There are two types of Hotels Worldwide offers available on the ENTERTAINER:

1.1. Buy One Room Night, Get One Room Night Free (‘Hotel BOGO Offer’)

1.2 Hotel Package Offers (“Hotel Package Offer”)

1.1. HOTEL BOGO OFFER

The ‘Buy One Room Night, Get One Room Night Free’ offer is valid for one complimentary ‘Room Night’ when another ‘Room Night’ of equal or greater value is purchased at the ‘Best Available Rate’ (see Section 5 “HOTEL TERMS” below).

The ‘Best Available Rate’ is defined as the fully flexible non-restricted room rate of the day quoted by the hotel reservations team or as appears on the hotel website.

Applicable Terms

• The lowest nightly rate will qualify as the complimentary night.
• A maximum of one (1) offer may be used per room per stay.
• The Hotel BOGO Offer is based on a minimum consecutive 2-night stay or valid for two rooms booked for one night (subject to the hotels’ discretion).
• The Hotel BOGO Offer applies to the room only rate, excluding breakfast (unless otherwise specified).
• Advance reservations must be made directly with the hotel prior to arrival for all Offers. The Hotel BOGO Offer/Package Offer is not valid for walk-ins
• Valid for all room categories, unless otherwise stated, exclusive of taxes, charges and any service charges or tourism fees applicable pursuant to local laws. (These charges will apply to both the paid and complimentary night).
• The Hotel BOGO Offer is ‘Subject to Availability’ of rooms allocated for the Entertainer ‘Room Night’ offer at the time of your booking.
• The Hotel BOGO Offers do not apply to corporate, group or conference rates or travel agency bookings and may not be combined with other discount offers or programs including rates on third party travel or daily deal websites.
• This offer may not be available on Black-out dates. Minimum nights stays and special events or seasonal restrictions may apply.

1.2. HOTEL PACKAGE OFFER

The Hotel Package Offer is based on a fixed rate quoted for all package inclusions and conditions as specified on the Offer , and shall be valid for repeat use during the specified Offer Period. Hotel Package offers may be redeemed for multiple nights and rooms for each booking.

Applicable Terms

• The Hotel Package Offer rate is valid for the room type specified on the Offer and is inclusive of all hotel taxes and charges (excluding tourism fees or green taxes where applicable).
• May exclude any service charges pursuant to local laws.
• Advance reservation must be made directly with the hotel prior to your arrival. The Hotel Package Offer is not valid for walk-ins.
• The Hotel Package Offer rates quoted may vary during peak/seasonal periods during the term of the Offer. Check with the Hotel, at the time of booking.
• Additional supplement charges will apply for public/government declared holidays during the term of the offer.
• The Hotel Package Offer is ‘Subject to Availability’ of rooms allocated for the Entertainer ‘Room Night’ offer at the time of booking.
• The Hotel Package Offers do not apply to corporate, group or conference rates or travel agency bookings and may not be combined with other discount offers or programs including rates on third party travel or daily deal websites.
• This Offer may not be available on Black-out dates. Minimum nights stays and special events or seasonal restrictions may apply.

2. General Rules

• All Hotels Worldwide offers are subject to the availability (see Section 5 “HOTEL TERMS” below) of rooms allocated to the ENTERTAINER promotion at the time of booking and the following conditions:
• ENTERTAINER Members are required to request availability of the Hotel BOGO Offer/Package Offer directly with Hotel Reservations at the time of booking.
• Advance reservations must be made directly with the hotel prior to arrival for all Offers. The Hotel BOGO Offer/Package Offer is not valid for walk-ins
• Hotel offers are not valid for online bookings via the hotel website or any third-party website
• The Hotel offers do not apply to corporate, group or conference rates or travel agency bookings and may not be combined with other discount offers or programs including rates on third party travel or daily deal websites.
• Hotel offers are valid for new bookings made in accordance with these rules and do not apply to any existing booking. Hotel rates are quoted in local currency or as specified by the hotel. The Hotel BOGO Offer/Package Offer does not include air travel, hotel transfers or other inclusions unless otherwise specified on the Offer.
• The Hotel BOGO Offer/Package Offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions or loyalty/rewards programs.
• All bookings are subject to the standard payment and cancellation policies of the hotel (see Section 4 “HOTEL POLICIES” below) and any terms and conditions set out at time of booking.

3. HOW TO BOOK

1. ENTERTAINER Members are required to call the Hotel Reservations Team directly to make a booking.
2. Members must request to use the relevant ENTERTAINER Hotel BOGO Offer/Package Offer at the time of booking. The hotel will provide an email confirmation of the booking to the Member.
3. Advanced Reservations must be made. Not valid for walk- ins.
4. No pre-payment is required at the time of booking. Payment is made directly to the Hotel. Local currency will apply.
5. The validity dates will be specified on the ENTERTAINER Hotel BOGO/Package offer.
6. Standard hotel booking terms and cancellation policy apply. Not valid with any other promotional offer.

4. HOW TO REDEEM OFFERS

• Entertainer Member must show a valid ENTERTAINER Hotel BOGO/Package Offer in the App and present their mobile device to Front office staff upon arrival at hotel check-in.
• The hotel staff are required to enter the four-digit HOTEL PIN on the App to redeem the BOGO/Package offer.
• The Redemption Reference Number generated on the App will be noted on the Booking Registration
• The Entertainer Hotel BOGO/Package offer will be applied to the final bill upon check-out

5. ENTERTAINER Hotels Worldwide – Hotel Policies

All bookings are subject to the hotel’s standard reservations, payment and cancellation policies. The ENTERTAINER will not accept any responsibility for each hotel’s management policies.

What is the ‘Best Available Rate’?

The Hotel BOGO Offers are based on a discount off the ‘Best Available Rate’ at each hotel. The “Best Available Rate” is the fully flexible, ‘non-restricted’ room-only rate of the day, quoted directly by the hotel reservations to the public and is generally published on the hotel’s website. It may also be referred to as the ‘Best Flexible Rate’ or ‘Rack Rate’. The Best Available Rate varies from the hotel’s other promotional rates including weekend package rates, advance purchase rates, all-inclusive package rates and Summer/Ramadan rates.

What is ‘Subject to Availability’?

The Hotel BOGO Offers/Package Offers are ‘Subject to Availability’ of rooms at the discounted rate allocated to this promotion at the time of booking at each hotel. When the allocated number of rooms has been utilised, the Hotel Offer may then no longer be available to the ENTERTAINER members, even if the hotel still has rooms available to be sold at full rate. Please check the availability of the Hotel BOGO Offer/Package Offer with hotel reservations at the time of booking.

Exclusion Days / Seasonal Restrictions

The Hotel BOGO Offer/Package Offer may not be available during Exclusion Days or Holiday periods. Some hotels may also have a minimum night stay requirement for all bookings, or specific black-out dates during special events or peak seasonal periods. Please check with the hotel prior to making a booking.
