RULES OF USE
The use of all ENTERTAINER Offers (Offers) and ENTERTAINER Products by ENTERTAINER Members persons who have a valid Membership obtained via the ENTERTAINER mobile application ( App), are subject to these Rules of Use (Rules) and any terms of use included on the Offers. Users should read these Rules carefully prior to using any Offer and any Product.
These Rules of Use are drafted in the English language. If translated into any other language other than English, the English language version shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency. For Rules of Use in Arabic, please click here.
Quick Guide to using ENTERTAINER Offers:
- Offers can be used 7 days a week – minimal exclusion days apply.
- A maximum of 4 Buy One Get One Free Offers can be redeemed at one time for a group of 8 people or more.
- One Offer is needed for every 2 people (excluding Beauty & Fitness or Retail & Services offers)
- Your Offer(s) should be presented prior to payment or requesting the bill.
- Offers apply only to the items/services and location(s) specified on the Offer.
- Offers are not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special menu items or loyalty/rewards programs
1. Products & Primary Membership
1.1 Products
- ENTERTAINER products are available to purchase as location-specific digital products containing a selection of offers valid on a calendar year basis running from 2nd January to 30th December each year.
- The Products available are:

1.2 Primary Membership
- Anyone who purchases an ENTERTAINER product will become a Primary Member of the ENTERTAINER for the validity period of the product that they own.
- Primary Members can opt in to automatically renew their Membership for the next calendar year upon expiry of their product. In this case the original payment method will be automatically charged at the beginning of the renewal period (1st January), inclusive of any applicable fees and taxes on that date. Memberships will be auto-renewed from January to December of the current year.
- Primary Members can disable autorenewal at any time before the expiration of an existing Membership by navigating to your membership settings through the App and following the outlined steps.
- Primary Members will be permitted to use up to a maximum of ten (10) devices to access their Membership during the Membership Period.
1.3 Refunds
- Primary Members may request a refund of a Product within 30 days of payment only if the product is not used (i.e, no Offers have been redeemed) by contacting [email protected].
2. Redeeming Offers
- Redeeming an Offer on your App is very simple:
- Select your chosen Offer for use on the App. If you are in a restaurant or bar, inform your waiter that you want to use the App before you ask for the bill.
- Present your mobile device with the chosen Offer to the server prior to the bill being presented.
- The merchant is prompted to enter their PIN. (Please note, for a select number of merchants in UAE the merchant will also be prompted to fill in the total amount saved and final bill due after discount before being prompted to enter their PIN.).
- Once the merchant has entered their PIN, the Offer will be redeemed, and the item or service will be removed from your bill.
- To redeem more Offers, simply repeat the same process.
- One Offer can be used for 2 people - up to a maximum of 4 Offers per
visit/booking/table for a group of 8 people or more can be used:

The relevant parties will be contacted for resolution as soon as possible.
- Offers redeemed are not inclusive of any applicable service charges/taxes including but not limited to VAT, GST etc. (as applicable) and will be separately charged by merchants in compliance with local tax regulations/laws.
- Any suspicious redemption activity from a Member account will be investigated for fraud, and the ENTERTAINER reserves the right to temporarily deactivate the account during the investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the ENTERTAINER will take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact, including reversing any Smiles accumulated through fraudulent redemptions.
3. Offer Validity
- Offers are valid for the duration indicated on the Offer, unless otherwise specified. Minimal exclusion days apply.
- Offers may change throughout your Membership. We reserve the right to remove and/or amend an Offer at any time and cannot be held responsible or liable in any way if an Offer is removed or amended from a Membership.
- Offers are only redeemable with the issuing merchant and/or venue/outlet as stated on the Offer.
- Offers apply only to the items/services and location(s) specified on the Offer.
- Offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discount offers, promotions, special offers or dining/loyalty/employee/rewards programs.
- Offers redeemed are not inclusive of any applicable service charges.
- Offers redeemed are not inclusive of any taxes including but not limited to VAT, GST etc. (as applicable) and may be separately charged by merchants in compliance with local tax regulations/laws. Please see additional conditions for Singapore here .
- If a merchant or venue refuses to honour any Offer, please contact Customer Service.
- Unauthorised reproduction, resale or modification of any Offer is prohibited. Offers are void if resold or bartered.
- Offers are not redeemable for cash. Unauthorised reproduction, resale or modification of any Offer is prohibited. Three Offers are available per merchant and not per outlet. Thus, when you redeem an Offer it will show as redeemed at all locations for that merchant. Once you have redeemed all offers for a merchant, all locations will be locked.
4. Exclusion Days
Offers can be used 7 days a week, excluding the following days in the following markets and any other public holidays as announced by the applicable government (subject to merchant discretion).
Please note - a limited number of outlets may be closed over the summer, Ramadan and other selected religious holidays. We cannot be held responsible if an outlet is temporarily or permanently closed during the Offer validity period.

5. Validity by Category
5.1 FOOD & DRINK OFFERS
- A Main Course/Main Menu Item is defined as the main element of a customer's lunch or dinner, which can include 'Sushi', 'Burger', 'Pizza' and/or 'Pasta'. The ENTERTAINER is not responsible for the specific layout/design of a merchant's menu. If in doubt, clarify with the server before ordering.
- One Offer can be used to redeem one qualified item only, unless otherwise specified.
- One Offer can be used by 2 people, up to a maximum of 4 Offers per table, for a
group of 8 people or more (see Table 1). This Rule applies regardless of the
product the Offer is from. E.g. a group of 4 people can redeem 2 Main Course
Offers at a restaurant, alternatively they can redeem 1 Cheers Offer and 1 Main
Course Offer - redeeming a maximum of 2 Offers in total. Shared dishes are not
valid for buy one get one free E.g. 3 people sharing 2 main courses or two
children sharing one main course/main menu item.

The two items must be from the same category as marked on the Offer, e.g. buy one "Main Course" and get one "Main Course" free; or buy one "Sushi Set Lunch" and get one "Sushi Set Lunch" free; or buy one "House Beverage" and get one "House Beverage" free.
- Only one bill will be presented per table, per group.
- Offers are valid solely for the item listed and are not valid for special events (e.g. Iftar, Suhoor, buffets, set price brunch menu, themed nights/events, special menus or in conjunction with B.Y.O), unless otherwise indicated on the Offer
- Offers are not redeemable for breakfast, starters, side dishes, desserts, combos, kids' menu, shared platters, sharing dishes, mezze or items priced per kilogram unless otherwise indicated on the Offer.
- If a children's buffet and an adult buffet are on the same bill, the lower priced buffet will be deducted from the bill.
- Offers are not valid for delivery or take-away, unless otherwise indicated on the Offer or in the case of Dubai & Abu Dhabi Delivery Offers, ordered directly via ENTERTAINER’s online Delivery.
5.2 CHEERS OFFERS
Cheers Offers are available in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain and Singapore and refer to offers with alcoholic beverages.
- Cheers Offers contain reference to alcohol and are intended for the use of persons of legal age to purchase alcohol in their country of residence and in the country from which they are using the Cheers Offers and in certain countries, in addition to age requirements, that such persons are also non-Muslim.
- Cheers Offers are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or special menu items, including Happy Hours and Ladies' Nights offered by the merchant.
- A maximum of 4 Offers can be redeemed per booking/table/group (see Table 1). This Rule applies regardless of the product the Offer is from. For example, a group of 4 people can redeem 2 Cheers Offers, alternatively they can redeem 1 Cheers Offer and 1 Main Course Offer - redeeming a maximum of 2 Offers in total.
5.3 DELIVERY OFFERS
Dubai and Abu Dhabi include Delivery offers, these consist of 3 depleting 2-for-1 offers and in most cases a non-depleting 25% off total bill’.
- The app auto-selects and applies the best offer (2-for-1 or 25% off) to ensure best savings.
- After the best discount has been applied by the ENTERTAINER, the member has the option to override this decision and apply their preferred offer by manually selecting it from the checkout page.
- Delivery and services fees cannot be discounted and will apply to the bill after the discount has been calculated and applied to the cart.
- Multiple 2-for-1 offers can be used in one order but customers cannot use both the 25% off and the 2-for-1 offers together.
- If Members chooses to redeem a 2-for-1 offer, they must select at least 2 valid items from the merchant menu.
- Delivery Offers are brand specific, not outlet/branch specific.
- The Ping feature is not available for delivery offers.
- Delivery offers are accepted at the discretion of the merchant on public holidays and on other exclusion days – please refer to the details on the Offer.
- Restaurants have the option to appear offline/busy if they are unable to complete orders during busy periods or bad weather.
- Ordering via the App is available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In other regions where delivery offers are available, members will have to call the merchant to place their order and follow the redemption process with the assistance of the merchant.
- Complaints regarding food quality or inaccurate orders should be directed to the restaurant. The ENTERTAINER takes no responsibility and is not liable in any way whatsoever in this regard.
- The ENTERTAINER is unable to track orders with the outlet. It is the responsibility of the merchant/outlet to deliver within the promised timings. For any queries about the location of delivery drivers, Members are to contact the merchant/outlet directly.
- The ENTERTAINER is not liable if a restaurant cannot fulfil an order for whatever reason. If you’ve been charged an amount by the ENTERTAINER for an order which was not fulfilled, please contact the ENTERTAINER customer team either via the in-app chat or WhatsApp (+971 50 557 9619) for assistance.
5.4 ATTRACTIONS & LEISURE OFFERS
- A maximum of 4 Offers can be redeemed per booking/visit for a group of 8 people or more (see Table 1).
- Terms & Conditions may vary with a number of activities, so please refer to the individual merchant/outlet for confirmation of minimum/maximum number of people, age restrictions, safety guidelines and other conditions.
- Prior booking may be required for certain offers and/or activities.
- Offers will not be valid on any public holiday or other excusion days.
5.5 BEAUTY & FITNESS OFFERS
- "Buy One Get One Free" Offers for Beauty & Fitness can be redeemed in two ways:
- One Offer can be used by 2 people within the same visit, with the second treatment or service being complimentary.
- One Offer can be used by an individual, whereby you must pay full price for the first treatment/service and your second treatment/service will be complimentary on your next visit. The merchant provides a voucher for the second treatment/service to be used on another visit. The complimentary treatment/service must be redeemed by no later than December 31st of that calendar. Should the complimentary treatment/service not be redeemed within this period, the complimentary treatment/service will automatically expire.
- Please note: gift vouchers cannot be issued for your complimentary treatment/service. The complimentary treatment/service is non-transferable.
- Please present the Offer, at the completion of the treatment/service, before requesting the bill. If the Offer is in the Health & Fitness section, please present it prior to the commencement of any class or activity.
- Prior booking is required
5.6 RETAIL & SERVICES OFFERS
- Retail & Services Offers are valid solely on the service/item mentioned on the offer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions or discounts.
- One offer can be redeemed per visit/bill as per the terms stated on the offer.
5.7 HOTELS WORLDWIDE OFFERS
- We have 2 types of Hotels Worldwide Offers:
- ’Buy One Night, Get One Free’ which is valid for one complimentary Room Night when another Room Night of equal or greater value is purchased based on Best Available Rates at the time of booking.
- ‘Hotel Package Offer’ which is a fixed rate Offer, including room night(s) with additional benefits provided by the hotel and as specified on the Offer.
- Hotel Offers are subject to availability and reservations must be made with the Hotel in advance, prior to arrival.
- Hotel Offers cannot be pinged to other Members.
- Hotel Offers are excluded from Buy-back Offer options.
- Hotel Offers are valid for redemption during the period specified on the Offer only.
- All bookings are subject to the hotel’s standard reservations, payment and cancellation policies. The ENTERTAINER will not accept any responsibility for each hotel’s management policies.
- Please refer to the specific HOTEL RULES OF USE for How It Works and How to Book these exclusive Member hotel offers, prior to making a booking and checking in at the hotel.
5.8 MONTHLY OFFERS
- Monthly Offers change on a monthly basis and are often for items and services different to the main offers.
- The validity of each Monthly Offer is stated on the Offer, however, the ENTERTAINER reserves the right to remove Monthly Offers at any time and cannot be held responsible if a Monthly Offer is discontinued prior to the end of the validity period.
- Monthly Offers do not deplete after use and can be used multiple times during the Offer validity period; however, the use is restricted to 4 times per account, per merchant, per day – limited to the number of people per visit/booking/table.
- Monthly Offers cannot be pinged to other users.
- Monthly Offers are subject to the standard Rules of Use.
6. Family Accounts (Members only)
- A Primary Member (the person who purchased the product) can share the ENTERTAINER with up to three Secondary Members by setting up an ENTERTAINER Family Account in their app.
- Primary Members cannot be Secondary Members of any other Family Accounts simultaneously.
- Primary Members will be given the opportunity to review the 3 Secondary Members in their Family Account each year when their Product renews and confirm if they want to change or replace all three existing Secondary Members for the new Product year.
- Once a Secondary Member is assigned to a Family Account for that product year, Primary Members can only change/replace one (1) Secondary Member in their Family Account at any time during each Product year.
- Secondary Members who leave one Family Account to join a different Family Account will be disabled from the original Primary Member’s Account and will display as “disabled” on said Account.
- Access to the Memberships and Family Account by Primary Members and Secondary Members during the Membership Period is permitted by such Members using a maximum of ten (10) devices per respective Member and in the case of Secondary Members, per allocated Secondary Membership. If a Primary Member purchases additional Memberships via their account, then those Memberships will be available for use by the Secondary Members of the Family Account. Only Primary Members can purchase Memberships to be added to the Family Account.
- If a Secondary Member wishes to purchase a product, they will be removed from the Family as they will be able to set up their own Family Account. The Primary Member of said Family Account will then be able to replace the slot with a new Secondary Member.
- Primary Members can disable Secondary Members from their Family Account at any time via the App.
- Primary Members may re-invite the disabled Secondary Member to re-join their Family Account – only accepted invitations will re-enable the Secondary Member’s status.
- Secondary Members can only be in one Family Account at a time.
- Secondary Members can earn Smiles.
- Secondary Members cannot buy back any Offers – they would need to ask the Primary Member to do so. But they can redeem Offers that have been bought back by the Primary Members.
- Smiles, Pings and Offers accrue on a Family Account level.
- Pings sent to the Primary Member before Family Accounts are created will not be available to Secondary Members. Only Pings sent after the Family Account had been set up will be accessible to Secondary Members.
- Savings earned by Secondary Members are not shown on the Primary Member's account. However, Smiles earned do appear for everyone sharing the account.
7. Smiles
- Smiles are the rewards points of the ENTERTAINER and can be earned and redeemed by all Members as specified under these Rules.
- You earn Smiles by completing different actions on the App and can redeem Smiles on different items via the App such as buying back Offers that have already been redeemed.
- We reserve the right to change the number of Smiles acquired or required to conduct any transaction via the App, at our sole discretion.
- Please check your Profile to see your Smiles balance.
- Smiles may be earned by a Member throughout the Membership validity.
- The ENTERTAINER may from time to time introduce at its discretion activities which enable the earning/redemption of Smiles by a Member – please refer to the terms and conditions applicable to such offerings.
- All Smiles earned from 1 January 2025 onwards will remain valid for a period of twenty-four (24) months. All accrued and unutilised Smiles earned before this date will expire at the end of the Membership period.
- Once a Smiles redemption transaction is processed, the transaction cannot be reversed.
- Redemptions of a Family Account are counted for the Primary Member only and credited to the Primary Member
8. Pings
8.1 Pings
- Pings are a Members' virtual ability to transfer or receive Offers from one Primary Member to another Primary Member.
- When purchasing an ENTERTAINER product, a Primary Member is given 20 Pings to use per product.
- This means that Primary Members can ping up to 20 Offers to other Primary Members (the offer must be sent to the Primary Members registered email address).
- All Family Members can use up to 20 pinged Offers per product purchased (please note you can receive an unlimited number of pings, but only redeem 20).
- Members can redeem a maximum of 3 pinged Offers per merchant.
- A Member cannot transfer pings received from one member to another.
- Pings cannot be carried over to the following year.
- Once an Offer is Pinged, it cannot be reversed, changed or altered.
- Pings sent but not accepted by the intended recipient will elapse after 10 days and pinged back to the sender.
- Hotels Worldwide Offers and Monthly offers cannot be pinged.
8.2 Buy Backs
- Only Primary Members can buy back an Offer.
- Each core Offer can be bought back one time during the product validity period.
9. ENTERTAINER 7 Day Free Trial
- The ENTERTAINER offers a ‘7 day free trial’ to new customers registered on the app.
- To become a Trial Member, Customers must download the app from the app store and register an account with a new email address. Once registered, users will be offered a 7 day free trial. The trial period commences when the customer accepts the free trial.
- Within the 7 day validity period – Trial Members can redeem a maximum of 2 Offers from a selection of Merchants, as available.
- Trial Offers are limited to those with a maximum estimated savings of AED 100 or local equivalent;
- Certain Merchant offers are excluded during the Trial Period and would not be available for redemption by a Trial Member.
- Trial Offers are subject to these Rules of Use; and are valid 7 days a week; exclusion dates apply.
- The 7-day free trial will be offered one-time only to a new customer using same email address.
10. Limited Time Double Your 2025 Offers Campaign
- The ENTERTAINER Double your 2025 Offers campaign is a limited time promotion running between 23rd October and 30th November 2024.
- During this time Customers who purchase:
- ENTERTAINER 2025 Dubai, can upgrade to Double their 2025 offers for AED 100 (prompted via a pop-up when added to cart).
- ENTERTAINER 2025 Qatar, can upgrade to Double their 2025 offers for QAR 100 (prompted via a pop-up when added to cart).
- ENTERTAINER 2025 Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Oman, Saudi, Kuwait and Singapore will receive Double their 2025 offers at no cost (automatically applied at checkout).
- Customers who chose the upgrade will receive double the Buy One Get One Free offers for all merchants and hotels.
- Monthly offers (non-depleting) and 25% off Delivery offers will not be duplicated.
- Pings will also be doubled - Primary members will be able to send unlimited pings and redeem up to 40 pinged offers.
- Smiles will be applied for all redemptions as standard.
- This offer does not apply to purchases of the ENTERTAINER GCC Product.
- This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotions or discounts
- This offer will be available on the ENTERTAINER Website and App from 23rd October to 30th November 2024.
11. ENTERTAINER Product Back Guarantee
- Customers who purchase any ENTERTAINER 2025 Product between 23rd October and 31st December 2024 will be eligible for our Product Back Guarantee.
- By 30th December 2025, if your Total Estimated Savings for your 2025 product is less than the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of your purchase, Primary Members will be able to get the ENTERTAINER 2026 Product for free.
- Only Primary Members (the original purchaser of the ENTERTAINER product) are eligible to claim a free 2026 Product.
- The 2025 product must have been purchased directly from the ENTERTAINER website between the 23rd of October 2024 and the 31st of December 2024.
- At least one redemption must have been made in 2025.
- Only the Product purchased can be claimed - i.e. no additional offers, free add-ons or secondary apps.
- Limited to 1 Product per Member.
- Your claim will be based on the estimated savings on your Family Account in 2025
compared against the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the product in your
respective region.
- The redemptions by Secondary Members counts towards your annual Estimated Savings.
- The total Family Estimated Savings can be viewed on the app at Profile > Settings > My Family.
- Estimated Savings are based on the average saving per Member and may vary with your actual savings noted on your receipt.
- Proof of purchase between 23/10/24 and 31/12/24 is required to claim your free Product.
- To claim the Product Back Guarantee, the purchaser must email the ENTERTAINER customer support at [email protected].
- A valid proof of purchase (such as the original Invoice) must be provided, along with details of the redemption(s) made.
- Successful claims will be processed and delivered via a VIP key for the 2026 product year.
- The Product Back Guarantee can only be claimed once for the 2026 Product and will not be available for future years, except as decided by the ENTERTAINER
- The Product Back Guarantee does not apply:
- When you’ve activated a product with a complimentary VIP Key.
- To corporate (bulk) purchases.
- The ENTERTAINER reserves the right to modify or call back the Product Back Guarantee offer at any time, at its discretion with no liability to the Members.
12. Table Reservations
Table reservations are available in Singapore, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
- To book a table, Members must open their App, find their chosen merchant, select 'Book a Table', select the date, number of guests dining and the time they would like to book the table. The reservations times available on the App are provided from the merchant, once the booking is made via the App and the booking confirmation has been received from the merchant, this is a confirmed booking.
- If for any reason the merchant cannot fulfil the booking, they will contact the Member directly using the contact details provided by the Member when making the booking.
- The Merchant must hold a confirmed reservation for the customer up to an extra 15 minutes of the reservation time (Extra Time). Should a customer with a confirmed reservation not show on or before the conclusion of the Extra Time, the merchant is permitted to make the allocated seating available to the general public.
- Members must contact the merchant directly to make amendments or cancel their reservation via telephone only – the contact details of the merchant are set out on the merchant page on the App.
- Applicable to Singapore only: The ENTERTAINER is facilitating table reservations via the App, but all bookings are managed by the merchant directly. For any bookings that are not fulfilled as promised, the liability lies with the merchant. The ENTERTAINER acts as a third-party reservation provider based on the information provided to the ENTERTAINER by the merchant and takes no responsibility on any errors, omissions or failings on the part of the merchant in the details provided and featured on the App and any errors, omissions or failings on the part of the merchant in fulfilling any table reservation made by a member using the App or directly with the merchant.
- Applicable to UAE only: Table reservations via the App are facilitated by the Eat App and the terms of service of such provider apply. The ENTERTAINER takes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or failings on the part of the merchant or Eat App in the details provided and featured on the App. The ENTERTAINER also takes no responsibility for any errors, omissions, or failings on the part of the merchant or Eat App in fulfilling any table reservation made by a member using the App or directly with the merchant.
13. General
The barter, trade, sale, purchase or transfer for compensation of any ENTERTAINER product or any of its Offers or contents by any person or entity, including but not limited to travel services, travel providers, and distributors of the product or any of its Offers, is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorised by the ENTERTAINER. The product and its Offers and other content are intended for the non- profit use of the individual purchaser of the Offers. Additionally, the use of the product or any of its Offers for advertising purposes is strictly prohibited. Any use of the Offers in violation of these Rules will render the Offers void, and the ENTERTAINER will avail itself of any and all legal remedies available to it. Offers may not be reproduced and are void where prohibited or restricted by law. The ENTERTAINER will not be responsible for the closing down or refusal of any merchant to accept ENTERTAINER vouchers; however, we will use reasonable efforts to rectify the situation, to the extent possible.
